Fowl pox or fight bites?

What do I do? We’ve been having issues with mosquitos for the past few weeks. If it is fowl pox how do I go about this? What are the steps? Can I still give eggs if they’re producing? Also, does anyone else notice his pale one of my Rhodes is?
