I posted another thread to find out about a cone-shaped growth on her tail end.
This morning these spots appeared on her wattles, does anyone know what they are? Might they be related to the growth or are they fowl pox or something different?

That doesn't look like pox from what I can see. It looks like someone pecked her, or she cut the waddle on something sharp. Rub a little Neosporin on it. The cone shaped "growth" on the back, before the beginning of the tail is likely an oil gland. Chickens rub it to release oil when grooming their feathers.
A couple of the other chickens have been pecking at her lately, but the one on the other side is in the middle of her waddle. It looks like a growth...
It could be Favus, a mycotic/fungal skin irritation. If you think that may be the case, a miconazole cream like Monistat applied to the area will take care of it.
