Frankenstein turkey?

one of my 3 mth old turkeys is started looking like Frankenstein. The forehead is getting taller. What would cause this.

That appears to be an infection (swelling under eye - infraorbital sinus - as well as head). I'd give the turk(s) a course of Tylosin just to be on the safe side.
