Heya all -
Since I began to free range the rest of the flock, the roos I had running around are becoming a problem trying to steal other hens, and chasing one poor hen (who was mean to them as chicks, LOL paybacks, I guess) until she hides in the woods.
These guys were born march 10th, 2008 - all are healthy, and spoiled slightly. The BA is a pretty big guy. The white easter egger has chin muffs (whatever ya call those).
I don't have a good pic of the black australorp, but he is your basic BA
ETA I'm in south central Kentucky - 100 miles from Louisville, and 100 miles from Nashville TN.
Peace -
Meriah
