My friend in Vermontville, NY (near Lake Placid) has three brown chinese geese she would like to give away. Two of them are devoted brothers and one is a female. Please contact me if interested and I'll put you in touch.
If you are the patient sort, I can bring them to Long Island or meet you anywhere along the Northway down to Albany or the Thruway between Albany and NYC. I have to go pick up a few of my dewlaps who have been "summering" upstate, so I have no problem bringing a few more geese for the ride. I am not sure exactly when I am making the trip though. It might be soon, or it might not be for several weeks.
