Free chick from mcmurray

Okay I'm pretty sure he's a splash Cochin. But McMurray doesn't sell splash cochins. He came as a free chick and just in the last month or so he started getting black feathers. Let me know what y'all think he is. He is slow to mature my Easter Egger and Rhode Island red roosters have already started breeding and crowing. They were hatched in July I believe

They have blue Cochins. Breeding blue x blue makes the colors blue black and splash. He’s a splash cochin.
