Free food/treats

    Check with your local grocerie store (small stores are the best) and see what they do with produce they can not sell. I get a box of stuff 3x weekly for the girls. They get great veriety and it is free. Today we got grapes pears apples tomatoes cabbage lettus cranberries zuccinni cucumbers and yellow squash. I feed it to them over the course of a few days and go get more, It is a great way to supplement them especially if they do not free range. And it is FREE

    My local Farmers market will give anyone the week-old produce that no-one wants for free.

    Last time it was some rather unappetizing Corn Cobs. Withered, dried and funky, but they loved it!!!
