I've been looking for a couple of hens now and I personally think that there should be two separate forms for free rehoming.One for hens and one for Roosters.

Well there's a entire forum dedicated to 'animals in need of free rehoming' and you can start threads there for whatever you want. People do it all the time actually.

I don't think that two different sections for hens and roosters is necessary, but we might overhaul the BST section after we upgrade the site, since the upgrade introduces new features, like custom thread fields.
