They have dog parks around here so... since my chickens ate most of the grass in my yard

I'm pretty sure it's illegal but the thought did cross my mind [IMG]

They have grass in the common areas around here...so.. I'll grab some when i took my dog out on a walk and feed them to my chickens

maybe i should ask the neighbors for their grass trimmings..

Make sure they are not treating the grassy areas with fertilizer, herbicides, and fungicides/insecticides.

    Out to pasture
x 2 and don't feed them long stalks - can cause impacted crops

do most homeowners use fertilizer or -cides on their grass in their own front lawn or backyard?
