Free Roo Not Sure of the Breed- Linden, Mich New Pics 8-7-09

    i got him from TSP, on May 26th, he was only a couple days old.

    in the sound pic his the one with his head down with dark spots.
    i have noticed in the last week he has been getting some orange spots on him,

    Laura, that i don't think that is a cockerel. i think you may have yourself a lean pullet there. any other opinions on this????

    that there is a Dellie girl. she's getting ready to make you some breakfast woman!

    well i was told on another thread he she was a light suxxex roo

    I will take more pics today, and post them.

    well he she is about 11 weeks old,
    I did get a seabright bantam at the same time and his 11 weeks to and he has been crowing for 2 weeks now.

    well, the legs are white for a del...so maybe a sussex male. i'm waiting this one out. hmmmmmm. weird! skinny legs.

    Nah- that's gotta be a hen. At 11 weeks it should look alot more roo-ish. Did you say you got them at Tractor Supply? I highly doubt they'd have light sussex. The white legs are a little puzzling though.[​IMG]

    11 weeks in these pics,
    the other pics he she was about 8-9 weeks

    it legs are very light yellow, i wouldnt say white or yellow

    DELEWARE hen. do not give her away girl! she is gonna do the do! those legs are yellow.

    she just has a little off feathering!

    so she isn't show quality!
    whatev!

    i think also that the yellowing in her feathers is from her feed. corn does that. KEEP HER OR ELSE! [​IMG] don't make me come over there and take the green boots back from yer kid! [​IMG]
