11 weeks just showing their green. free to good home.
Great looking birds Ticks! Hope you find them great homes!
They are great on the grill if you can't rehome them!
Quote: I perfer hunting ducks not killing the ones I raise. Where is VT are you?
They are very pretty, hope you have luck finding them homes.
Why are you giving them up? Just making room/
I am thinking of getting some ducks later on down the line, I already have 5 dogs and over 30 chickens and since I am getting bees in the spring I don't want to push my luck with my neighbors right now.
How loud are they anyway?
Good luck with it.
I would keep them if I had more females but I have 3 drakes 1 hen.
Quote:Male ducks are not loud at all, it's the females that are loud. But I don't suggest just having males or having more males then females.
Any suggestions for a breed that is for a very small backyard flock. I would prefer a breed that is on the quieter side and docile, if they even exist
I am trying my best not to anger my neighbors, I only want a couple though.\\
Oh and I live in New England if that helps, don't want to hijack your thread ticks, maybe this will get you back up to the top of the page though Plus I know you know your ducks so you may be the one with the answers.
Quote:Rouens are actually a pretty quiet breed, but again you want to have more drakes then hens.
