I have 6 chicks that are a few weeks old now. They are a cross between a black sizzle roo with reg. feathers that are curled and a salmon faverolle pullet. They are all black and a couple of them have some brown flecks on the feathers. Three have the curled feathers, one has reg. silkie feathers and two have regular straight feathers. They are very hardy. I just don't need them and would love for someone to have them. The pullet is young but lays almost daily. And of course the silkies are great brooders, so I am guessing they will be a mix of the two. If anyone is interested, I will try to get some pics. A couple have black skin and the others have pinkish but all have black feet and legs. Thanks.

A couple of pictures. My camera is not good and the lighting in the brooder did not help. But you can see the curled feathers on them.

Thanks. I love them but I just don't need them. I put the pullet eggs in the bator just to see if I was doing it right since I have had such bad hatches with my shipped eggs. Well, I had a great hatch of course. Here are pics of the roo and the pullet. (not really the parents since I am brooding them, ha ha)

Guess you can see who they take after?
