    Umm, sorry but that is definitely not an Easter Egger , let alone an Ameraucana.

    He looks like a Silver Laced Wyandotte mix to me, probably more than half SLW. He does have very nice sickle feathers.
    He should carry the brown laying gene. Even if he was half EE, he probably wouldn't carry a single blue gene ( to make green) because he lacks a Pea comb and the two genes are linked together.

    Wyandottes make very good roosters, from my experience.

    ok, After looking at pictures, I do agree that is more than likely a silver laced Wyandotte.
    I got him as a three week old chick and have hand raised him. He is friendly and definitely mating
    with the hens. I do need to find a good home for him because I cannot keep him due to where
    I live.

    Maybe someone in your area can take him. You might be able to find a home for him by posting an ad in the Buy - Sell - Trade , Free Re-Homing section.
