    Monroe Connecticut -

I have three Old English Game Bantam Chickens - 1 Crele Hen 1 Crele Rooster and 1 Blue Hen all approximately 1 year old and in great condition.

Bought these at the Goshen Fair in Connecticut last weekend and my laying hens won't accept them in the coop, so I can't keep them.

If you've got a safe place for the, they're yours - free!

e-mail me at [email protected] for pictures or to arrange a pickup

Thanks for both responses - agawam is a bit far, and shippinng seems like it would cost more than you could buy the birds for locally.

We're 15 minutes off of interstate 95 exit 27A - my sense is that the travel time from the border to the exit is perhaps an hour and a bit. Mapquest the interesection of 25 and 59 in monroe for a good estimate.

    Gwen -

I'm not even sure you can send grown chickens - if you want to research how and let me know what to do, I would gladly ship if you pay the cost.

well, you're right, I'm looking at about $50 for shipping plus a special box ........... I'm sorry, I guess I wasted your time.

I'd love to have them, but it's a bit price prohibitive. Good luck -- I hope they find a happy home.
