French copper Maran...pullet or roo?

    This almost 4 month French copper Maran who i thought was a roo but now am questioning this. What are your thoughts? He doesn't ask like another roo his age. Please tell me he is a pullet:)

    A pullet will only have the copper around the neck. any copper on the back/wings is male.
