Hi all, I found where a thread stated fresh, unwashed eggs are good non-fridgerated for 3 months. I wasn't able to find anywhere if it was bad to refrigerate unwashed eggs and take them back out of the fridge to give to someone else. Is this bad? They come out of fridge and stay out of fridge for about 4 hours. Can they be put back in fridge? Any suggestions? Thanks! :D

I have no idea about the three month thing. But yes, I'm sure it's fine for the eggs to go in/out. We leave ours out on our counter all the time. Just wash them before you crack them open! We really only throw out eggs if they are out in the hot, hot chicken coop for way to long and you can tell they're bad when you crack them open. Or if they freeze and crack in the winter, although it probably doesn't hurt them. Eggs are pretty durable.
