I have been raising chickens, ducks and geese for almost 2 yrs now. I guess I am still new at this. My question is about the hard boiled eggs. We eat hard boiled eggs all the time but sometimes when we peel them the whites of the eggs are "mushy" and the texture is not very good. This only happens with the chicken eggs and not the duck and it seems to happen only about once in 20 or so eggs. Does anyone know why this might be?
