chopped vegetables of your choice. i used zucchuni, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, vidalia onion, garlic. 3/4 tsp. of thyme 6 eggs 1/2 cup milk 3/4 cup shredded cheese saute veg. in butter, stirring often, until tender about 10 min. in bowl whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper, stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. pour over veg. mixture in skillet, cover. over med. heat cook until set about 10 min. remove from hit sprinkle with remaining cheese.
