Did I just fry my eggs? I have a little giant still air incubator that went up to 108 for an hour! I have 9 serama eggs on day 15.

    Thanks!

Oooh that IS high! That one's iffy. I've gone up to 105 on day 1, and 104 on day 18, but i dont know about 108. Candle them tonight and look for movement.

I'm not good at candling. When ever I candle, all I see is a blob (fertile) or just a yolk (not fertile). I guess I'll just have to wait.

they may be still ok just get the temp back down an candle them...

i have a Little Giant bator as well but mine stays at 99.5 it doesn't go up or down like my old bator [IMG]

  5. Remember that the inside of the egg takes time to warm up so an hour, even at that temp, might NOT be fatal.

I so hope they're OK. I've had some pretty wild swings...even up to 105 for a short time and right now I have 18 eggs with kicking chicks on day 15.
