Frizzle bantam. Please help sex 6.5 weeks

Someone is attempting to crow but I have a definite oegb cockerel ... I can't catch who is doing it. I may let all the cockerels free range and pen the girls at this point. I've already got multiple chicken coops. I just worry about the hawks. But I end up with them because people don't understand what straight run means or don't want that Easter present.
