I now have 7 eggs from my black smooth rooster and my white frizzle hen. Fertility has been good. I have no room to hatch the little guys and hate to waste them! So far the chicks have been black but there would be no guarantees on colors since they are mixed.

Frizzle is considered incompletely dominant. Most ppl when breeding frizzles will breed a frizzle and a smooth which will result in the babies having a chance at receiving 1 frizzle gene and approx 50% of the chicks will be frizzle.

If you breed 2 frizzles together then you have a chance for a chick to inherit 2 of the frizzle genes which causes a frazzle and this can cause the chick to have very poor feathering and sometimes health issues.
