Frizzle Silkie? What do you think?

Hi all!

I purchased this little baby about a week and a half ago from Rural King. The bin was marked “Silkie/Polish”. I think it looks like a frizzle. What do you think? I have only seen pictures of them, but never had one myself. It’s feathers seem to be growing straight out.
