Frizzled silkie?

So I have 3 supposedly frizzle silkies and a grey one is very frizzled but the other two (which one is buff an drew the other is black) seem to look fairly normal. They might have a little curl to there feathers but not as much as the grey one. Are they still frizzled? I just wanted to know if when these chicks are older I can breed them. Also they are about 1 and 1/2 months old.

There is a grey one which is the very frizzled one, a black one, and a buff colored one.
