From NE Oklahoma

I'm new to this forum, and am the proud caretaker to 7 almost 4 month old pullets, and one little rooster. I have what I consider the most random flock of chickens (thanks to someone stealing the chick ID book from my local Atwoods), consisting of a Black Sex Link, a Fayoumi, a Yokohama, A Black Shamo (I think), and a mystery fluffy white chicken, possibly an Easter Egger. I also have two Lavendar Orpington Splits, and my cockerel is a Black Copper Marans. They are spoiled rotten and the biggest moochers. They are just starting to free range my fenced acre, and so far, so good.

from a fellow Okie. My flock isn't mixed all EE's, but I will eventually add a couple if diff breeds to the mix and let nature take it's course. Where in OK are you? You should pop over to the Okie thread and say hi, it is a very active thread.

I'm in Tulsa! I have a very mixed flock. I have 4 EE (one new rescue as of a few weeks), 1 Ancona, 1 Brown Leghorn, 1 New Hamphire Red, 1 Black Sex Link, two barred rocks and one dark cornish. We have a EE Roo on lone for a week or two.
