Full Grown?

How long will it take for a Buff Orpington chick to be absolutely full grown. Not "sexual maturity" but absolutely full grown where they won't get ANY BIGGER. They are 16 weeks now and not even close. Thanks.

My BO girls are a year old today and I think that they are probably done growing as I haven't noticed a change in them for the last month or so. They have gotten a lot bigger than they were at 16 weeks.

My chickens stopped growing at about three quarters of a year. Don't know if it's any different for orps. I have sex links.
