Wow, I took some advice from BYC and got some crickets at the pet store today. I threw about 2 dozen to my 50 chicks and was that fun!!!!!!!!!
They ran around and chased the chick with the cricket, played keep away, and just generally had fun. My chicks will be 4 weeks old Wednesday this week. They are really feathered out and doing well.
I strongly recommend chicks and crickets for fun and amusement.
