Funky Chick feet

We have a Sultan chick and its feet have sort of stuck out scence she was born and it just got worse so we've been tying her legs together with string tighting it gradually because we thought she just lacked muscle. weve been doing it for days now. We cannot tighten it any tighter and it seems like the tighter you make it the more it sticks out. We were wondering if there was a way to pull her feet together because her legs are together but her feet stick out sideways? Also do you think he would be able to be shown eventually?

Thanks that helped a lot because after I read it I realized she has a slipped Achilles tendon so if anyone knows anything that cold be used to fix that we would love to know
