Funny legs

The quails jut turned 3 wks old and two developed leg/feet issuse the other day sudenly but one of the two is walking on the bit we're the legs and feather meet (don't know what to call it) it was fine the other day but my last quails who's eggs I hatched had the same problem but it still alive running round so must be some sort of genetic problem. But I'm unsure what to do.
(P.s they aren't twisted its just sitting
at a angle)

I feed them Allen & Page chick feed,it like the joints are swollen but i dont get why there are 2 others like it but in one leg this one has it in both,but the quail that layed there eggs has a similar problem in one leg but is fine still gets around i thought it was just a brocken leg but maybe its genetical

The feed does not have the nutrition that they need. I believe that is the problem. They need much higher protein 28-30%.

Look for game bird starter, or if you can't find that, turkey starter.
