Any reason can't use vinyl coated on run as our local store doesn't have the galvanized kind?

You can use he vinyl coated, but it is more expensive. If your local store doesn't have regular galvanized, expand your local search or do a search on the internet. Plain galvanized is much ceaper, and even if you have to have it shipped, the savings may offset the shipping.

If the vinyl gets cracked or chipped the wire underneath will rust quicklly.
They should be able to GET galvanized within a short period of time with NO shipping charges simply by ordering it for you through the store
