Game Rooster and Hen

Hi, We got a Rooster and Hen this morning. I know they are a Game breed but what breed? I think they are Old English but not sure. Any thoughts? There are so many breeds of Chickens and a lot look alike. I'm trying to learn as much as I can about them. Thanks.
