I started with a patch of Nevada desert (new house). First year my husband built boxes. Second year a fence. I had nothing but a dream and a willingness to work hard. I actually got chickens to keep me company because I spent so much time outside (I love it). Chickens changed the direction of my garden (yard) but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Mine is nothing like yours. It is a passion for me. It gets a little bit better each year. Ima’ SO jealous of yours.

Looks absolutely amazing, I’m planning on making a vegetable garden next year. It’s nice being able to grow your own food. :thumbsup

‘‘Twas my first flock of ducks that brought me into gardening. I wanted their run to look like it would in the wild, we made a little pond and planted various types of grasses around it.
