gasping, silent chick with hard, distended crop

I appologize in advance, BYC is not loading properly for me so I can't search. I laid out a turkey carcass for my flock today and it appears that one of the chicks being raised by a broody mom ate way too much of it. It is silent, no noise whatsoever, but is gasping, stretching out it's kneck and it's crop feels very hard and is very large. What can i do to help this chick?
