Geese as guards?

Hi, i have a small flock of chickens and wondering if a goose will protect my flock from hawks and eagles and if so what breed is the best for it

I would go with a livestock Guard Dog. One from where they have a problem with eagles taking lambs. Yes, that is a problem for some people.
My geese are complete wimps. On the other hand someone probably has a different experience.

Geese are great as an alarm system but fair poorly for protection.
