geese with swollen eyes

I bought some new ducks from tractor supply and I already had my goslings. I did notice that there were a few ducks that had swollen eyes and looked almost blind when I was there the week before. But this was a new batch so I thought I would be safe. Well NOW my geese have this disease! What is it and how can I get rid of it. Her face and head are swelling too!

I have given them all a bath and filled up the kiddie pool and placed that in their inclosure area .
This morning after rinsing his/her eye with saline yesterday a few times, her eye is open and she is doing much better.
I try to always keep lots of fresh water in with them but I also know that they can drown very easily as well.
so It has to be a fine balance.

form what I read you can rinse with boric acid mixture or saline
