Hello my fellow chicken people,
I went from no chickens to "crazy chicken lady" within a few weeks. I love my little chicks. We got ten chickens from TSC about three weeks ago. On Monday the Black Australorp died. She never started to feather. The remaining nine are healthy. Plus we have a ten day old True Whiting we got from a nearby farm and two nineteen week old Red Stars in the coop. We were supposed to get five rare breeds and five standard but I think we got all standard. Anyway I was hoping you could help me with gender and breed. I'm posting a baby picture and a currant picture. Thanks so much for your help.
My guesses:
1-I think is a black sex link: black shanks and bottom of feet are mostly black and yellow- female
2- Also black sex link: black shanks and bottom of feet are mostly black and yellow- female
3-6 Golden Comets- female ( I only posted three pictures of them because they look the same.
7, 8, 9 Americana (Easter Eggers) or olive Eggers (Olive/greenish blue colored legs - unsure on gender
10: True whiting(known) I think a male based solely on behavior. Only one picture.

I'm too new to chicken keeping to be of any help, but what a gorgeous flock you have!! I love all the diversity!! :)
