Gender & breed of my Bantam?

Hello all! I have a Bantam chicken from Atwood's probably born beginning of March sometime. We HOPE it's a female & the name is Stormy. Personality is skittish, sweet, & super quick. Any ideas on either gender or breed would be great & well appreciated! Thanks in advance!
