Gender ? for Black Copper Marans

My daughter hatched these two beautiful Black Copper Marans on January 18, 2010. We know for sure one is a rooster, but question the second as it has not crowed, but seems to have the larger waddle and brighter coloration. In addition, they were hatched with a Buff Orpington whose sibling didn't make it. If we remove these two and leave the Buff with 7 younger chicks (8 weeks old) will she be alright or get depressed?

The backyard chick girl who is "housing" them does not want any roo's.

They are both cockerels. "Rebecca" has saddle and hackle feathers.

I don't have the answer for your Buff Orp being sad at missing the two - I'm rearing my first set of chickens too. Is the Buff already with the younger chicks? If she is, and gets along with them, she will probably be fine.
