Gender guesses for Easter egger

Hello! We are looking for guesses as to the gender of this Easter egger. We think they are 13-14 weeks old. This poor chicken was being pecked at but we’ve managed to get that under control and it is slowly growing it’s feathers back. Thanks for your help!

Male. You can see the hackle feather. Also, this male has a pea comb. The pea comb on a gal would be smaller. That guys comb is too big for a hen/pullet.

Has it crowed yet? If it hasn't, it should soon.
