Gender guesses for my six week old silkies

    These 3 chicks are the same age (6 wks old). I know it's hard to tell what sex they are since they are silkies but if you have any guesses I would love to hear them. [​IMG]

    Chick 1 (I think he is probably a roo because he is almost as big as my standard chicks and he is about twice as big as the other two silkies)

    Only six weeks? At six MONTHS we could begin to achieve some certainty!

    Silkies don't have to declare their gender for sure until they decide whether they'd rather crow or lay eggs.

    There is no way to tell this early, unless you have a really early crower. I stare at my Silkie teenagers all day and can't figure out what sex they are and mine are 4 months old.
