That is a tricky one but it appears to be a cockerel.

I'm generally pants at gender (chicken, i should add

) but i think i can see some evidence of saddle feathers, so i'd agree with John on that. On the other hand, there's almost no wattle development that one would expect to see at 5 months. Bugger it, I'm sitting on the fence on this one

The gender gurus will be around soon to put us right I'm sure.
