I received three chicks in july thinking I was getting pullets. I have since heard crowing in the morning and they are looking like roos. Please help me to determine not only their gender but also breed. I live in town so I am only permitted to have hens. If they are roos they will need a new home asap.[IMG]

Age? The white one is definitely a cockerel. The other two look like hens, depending on age.

The mostly white one is definitely male, and he's an Easter Egger. The Welsummer, the brown one, is a pullet. Need to know the age of the barred/cuckoo one.

they are approx. 4 months. I received them on July 6th and was told they were 10 to 12 weeks at that point. so that would make them 17 to 19 weeks now.
