I hatched these two chicks in an incubator (they've both got bad feet too but I couldn't splint them)...anyway I'm wondering if anyone can tell what the gender is?

Top is a pullet, bottom is a cockerel. Those darker red patches on the wings and the redder comb give it away.

My black Ameracauna hen has a really red comb, is it the age of this one that makes you think cockerel?

Top bird is a pullet, but the bottom one is a cockerel. They're both really pretty!

I've been suspecting that the EE was a roo but I've been in the land of denial, lol! He has a plucky little attitude, too! I'm in town and can't have roosters but I think he's so pretty, too! But happy to have a Maran pullet, love those eggs!
