What gender is my 13 week old SLW (bantam) the cochin bantam rooster crows - it doesn't (although I have been away for 3 weeks so that could have changed). He/she also seems pretty scared of our older cochin bantam pullets, and hides begin the rooster it grew up with :D it also doesn't try mating with the pullets which the rooster does! Anyway here he/she is so what do you think? ;)

The comb and wattles are big and red so that makes me wonder. But she is feathered in good and has round saddle feathers. I'm going to say pullet. She's LOVELY!

Thank you! Anyone else? I hatched her (think I prefer calling it a her ;) ) from some eggs I ordered - not even from a breeder!

Strange how the comb and wattles are so large so early, but I would say pullet as well because there isn't any signs of hackle and saddle feathers coming in which they would be starting to at this age.
