Gender of Wyandotte Bantam and Color Question

Here's my chocolate wyandotte bantam. I'm thinking boy but wanted opinions. He's 4 weeks old. His comb and wattles are redder in person. Camera flash made it less noticeable. I actually want this one to be a rooster.

He doesn't look like chocolate to me...I think he looks blue.

And its too early to tell if he is actually a HE.

As far as I know, the breeder who I got him from doesn't have blue wyandottes. Maybe it's the camera making him look blue. Here's a picture of his parents.



But can chocolates produce blues? I'm not too familiar with their genetics.
