I have OEG & EE bantam this one was in an order from Ideal

Can some one give me a clue on this chickens sex. Please excuse the tail any help or advice about how we can make it grow.
Things know that make me think pullet.
    (1) No fightinig or chest bumping ever with other cockrells.
    (2) 7 weeks old (Just a Guess)and i dont see any hackle or saddle or white wing bows
    (3) Its Comb and head is turning black and it hasnt changed much overall in 2 weeks

But it does have comb (may be older then I think)
Please give me lots of help bless you.
