I am wondering about the gender of three of my youngsters. I have never posted pics before, so hopefully it'll work!

This one, named Holly, is a speckled Sussex, 15 weeks old, with mom. I had been leaning toward male because of the long gangly legs, but all else screams pullet, including his/her timid temperament.

Elizabeth, speckled Sussex/buff Orpington cross, 6 weeks old.

Marie (leaning toward Mario), speckled Sussex/Jersey giant cross, 6 weeks old.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

It looks like one of your Sussex is a girl and the other is a boy [IMG]

I guess I wasn't clear. If the first picture, the Sussex in front is the one I'm asking about. The Sussex behind her (!) is a hen, her mom.

    Thanks!

This is the SS cockerel everyone is pointing out, but it may be that you weren't asking about him. [IMG]
