This is our beautiful 7months old hen. She has not started laying eggs, she is the biggest in the flock, also bigger then our rooster. She is picked and attacked by all the others, also the rooster.
Until this morning we thought she were just being a teenager. She jumped on the back of our oldest hen, just like a rooster mading.
So my question is, is she a hen or just a young rooster? Because that would explain a lot.
    Thank you

Looks like a cockerel to me. You said that you have another rooster... that would keep him inline and he wouldnt have been able to crow or mate

Looks like a very slow to mature cockerel.
