gender?

Can someone please clarify the gender of our 15 week old mixed breed (buff x rir) We are not sure either way still, some things make us think definite Roo and then we change our mind.

He looks like a rooster to me. I see hackle feathers, and the tail feathers appear to be getting curved. The coloring on his wings is also darker than the rest of the body, which indicates a male. He's a pretty boy!

I was afraid you would say that. Those are my thoughts also, was just hoping maybe it was because he was a mixed breed and also because he's so fluffy. I have looked closely at his neck and tail feathers and they do appear rounded on close inspection. Thanks though
