generic frontline for mites?

doing some reading cause of a serious mite issue, there are generic frontline products, with the same ingredients- will the generics kill mites or do i need to get the frontline brands?

The generic should work pretty much like the brand name, be sure you get it from a reputable source and do check the label for the percentage of Fipronil, sometimes generics are cheaper because they lower the % of active ingredient.
