So In school we are learning about dominate, and recessive genes and figuring out what offspring of plants would look like. And i want to imply it to my birds. What combs are dominate over what? Leg feathering compared to clean legged? Silkied over normal feathers? Colors? Size?

Pea and rose comb are dominant over single. Pea + rose = walnut
feathered shanks are dominant
silky feathers are recessive
there are more knowledgeable people than me on the forum
maybe they can expand on this

for colors and patterns go to the chicken calculator
http://kippenjungle.nl/kruising.html
you can find links there to a calculator which could answer some of your other questions
I keep expecting someone else to chime in, but this will keep your thread in play
